Post last night, so another twofer.

December 7 – Cotton Candy Day: Do you like cotton candy? (Also known as Fairy Floss.)

Yes, or at least I think so. It’s been years since I’ve had any, so it’s possible I wouldn’t anymore.

Alberta weather continues to be weird. We woke up to snow this morning, +16 C two days ago and today’s high was right around freezing. Of course we had to go out today, it was pretty messy!

December 8 – Lost and Found Day: Have you ever lost something important to you and thought you would never get it back, but then you found it or someone returned it to you?

Yep, lost an earring and didn’t realize until probably hours later. They’d been a special gift from my parents and I was quite sad. A couple of weeks later my Dad found it hiding in an over-turned desk organizer (we were moving offices and everything was a disaster) on my sister’s desk! I got to keep those earrings for another couple of years before I lost one again, permanently this time.

Southern Alberta weather report- more snow. It was actually very pretty and if I remember, I’ll post a photo or two soon. This weekend promises to be a slushy mess tho’. Glad we got all our errand done yesterday.
